I always tell people, ‘portraits are my specialty,’ but I love doing all types of art! This particular collection is one that I work on from time to time to ensure that my skill in values is strong. I discovered values to be an essential ingredient it creating great art! My favorite types of references to work from are photos where the individual is in their natural, candid state. I love the feel of an authentic expression.
